My daughter Micaela went to VBS at Calvary of Albuquerque @ 4001 Osuna rd n.e. last week and was so blessed. She couldn't hardly wait to return the next day. The whole week she was sharing the book of Jonah. This lesson moved her deeply. You will be so blessed by this video a dear friend sent me of a little girl who tells the story of Jonah that will bless your socks off. Truly amazing. I am considering taking a 2 month drive through the US in the September, November, October time frame. I want to go to Albuquerque, Austin, New Orleans, Chicago, Louisville, Nashville, Toronto, New York, Richmond, Atlanta, and Savannah. I wonder if I could find art events in any of these cities or along the way.... any suggestions of possible art shows/fairs/opportunities or places I should visit? Not saying this is gonna happen.... but I kinda want it to....

As I was leaving Pizza Hut Friday evening (wearing my Virginia Tech shirt) an elderly couple got my attention. The husband said he thought my shirt was VT..he graduated from there. They live in Florida and were passing through Albuquerque on their way west. So, who would have thought I'd meet a VT grad, who lives in Fla, who actually knows where Wytheville is, in ABQ??? Very small world.

made it back, Denver was a blast and Pride was wonderful! Great times with Leeann and lots of laughs. Now just ten more days and Albuquerque bound for Pridefest there! Hoping to be posting pics soon and maybe some video.
