Whats up everybody! Today (Sat. June 23rd) there will be an open house at a new studio I teach at called Mixed Motion Art (2355 N. Milwaukee, Chicago, IL 60647). There will be tons of classes from yoga , cardio, to mambo instruction. (My class Included!) . First Class starts at 12 pm, there will be 20 min "demos" of each class... plus each class is only $1 for 20 mins... can't beat that. My class begins at 3:45 and ends at 4:05.
