yesterday I scored a 13" Duraband Color TV for the camper for $10 when I purchased the wife a 19" one for $15 to use with a DVD player for working out at the local thrift shop. I already had a spare HD converter from the .gov's program couple years ago and some spare coaxial cable in tool shed...
Add a RCA antennae to coaxial transformer from Lowe's $3.97.
I then built a DIY antennae from this link: http://www.instructables.com/id/Homemade-TV-antenna/#
I can now pick up 10 and all it's three sub-channels, 19 and it's sub-channels, 25 with 4 subchannels, PBS 35s, and Fox 57 ... total cost to me for it all.. $13.97.
Forget satellite dishes. Hahhahahaaa

Big steps today for "big" girl Macenzy, she is transitioning into her toddler bed, she seems to be handling it well, even though she keeps asking me to put the front back on her crib:), however Mom isn't handling it very well, I keep checking on her to see if she's falling out of the bed, lol. I think we'll make it through the body pillow I'm using as a safety guard seems to be working well, can't wait for the actual bed guard to come in, wish I would have known you couldn't buy them in stores for the converter cribs.
