Hard to put into words, how much this song means to me. I have always felt this way about my mom, one year I gave her a fathers day card and she laughed. For those of you who enjoy Smokey's music, this one is deep. I feel as if Smokey was thinking about me when he wrote this song. A big shout out to my son,Rich.His church camp ended today and he really looked tired from staying up all ours of the night with the kids.But he took the time to come by the house and take me out to eat and give me a Fathers Day card before making the 2 hour drive home.Thanks Rich,it made my day!
