Credit Where Due dept: Chris Cuomo did not get the first interview with Rielle Hunter; Lisa DePaulo did, two years ago. Re HuffPo slideshow: "Revealing quotes from Hunter's GQ interview"? Please. GQ got that interview because Lisa, on her skillful own, painstakingly gained Hunter's trust (and treated her fairly). WRITERS are the ones who GET stories; magazines PUBLISH them.
