healthy fast food

Well, last blood sugar test of the day and its the first time I have been able to maintain stabilized blood sugar numbers under 125....Working out, healthy food and good direction from friends and good doctors has been essential. Weight is dropping off quick and muscle is building just as fast....been a good week.

Rough day today ... Day 12 & 13 of the Joeys 30 Day Juice Fast were MUCH more difficult than the first 11 days COMBINED! REALLY wanted to eat these last 24 hrs & NOT healthy food either! Thanks to Erica, I didn't just go run & get a Whopper this afternoon!

If you are like me and don't love cooking, toss up a summer salad with pre-cut veggies, bagged lettuce, dried cranberries, some slice almonds and top it shaved cheese and you are all set. My chef friends are cringing, but since I choose not to be in the kitchen much - this is healthy FAST food."
