So....the bums on Bourbon St have this schtik that they use on the tourists....They'll walk up to someone and say "I bet you $10 that I can tell you where you got those shoes".......and of course, every dumbass says "No way"....and then the bum says "Bourbon St"......When I was in Indianapolis last month, I tried to teach this money-making scheme to about 3 bums, and none of them could grasp the concept......
Are bums in the South smarter than the bums in the North??
