You have heard of "hot yoga", right...the last two afternoons have been spent "hot spectating" at a bball tourney w my fellow bball moms! Public schools turned off the air in 90 deg heat.....About the same temp, I'm sure. And the results to this foggy-headed woman who rarely complains of her MS symptoms?.....bugs....feels like hundreds of bugs crawling all over me! I can promise you, I WILL do whatever it takes to watch my beautiful daughter play ball...but I will NEVER do hot yoga....ever...at least we know that for sure!
