I'm so frustrated with myself. I tripped last night over a small bump in the rug & heard a pop in my foot. Didn't think a whole lot about it until this morning when it was swollen & bruised. Had that sinking feeling something is not right. Well, Dr. confirmed it. It's broken in two spots. Can you believe it. Three days until I leave for DC & New York & I end up in a cast. Luckily I still get to go on the trip.
