ok so like 2 hours ago I was suppose to start cleaning ... instead I have been working from home, facebooking , and ordering Nike sneakers... such a productive morning... oh and drinking lots of coffee.... chockful of nuts its that heavenly coffee ! LMAO

I played this game while running today, 4 miles in the heat, you gotta do what you can do to find the shade... grant it, it wasn't quite as cool as this, but still a fun way to get your run on.

I really have a problem with companies that want me to pay to endorse them. That's why you'll not see me wearing a Nike or any other similar logo anywhere on my person.
