Omg was it hot today! I got home at 6 took a cold shower had a lite dinner now gonna hit the sack, tomorrow iz my Friday then off for 3 dayz! Hitten up Palm Springs on Friday for alittle shopping and taken my boyz to the dentist! Goodnite everyone:)

Rode the Palm Springs Tram with Sheila and Linda today. An amazing ride, breathtaking views, and a great day. But, we miss Jared!

Thanks everyone! Had such a fantastic day in Palm Springs with Ren and my two kids. They are such troopers! That aerial tram is truely amazing, it makes the perfect day trip! Our kids are pooped, and we are too!

We are looking to raise a dollar from every fan of CrossFit Scottsdale to help raise money for Little League Baseball & Softball players in the state of Phoenix, Arizona 100% of the proceeds go towards purchasing equipment "so every kid can play". Please help me reach our 2 day, 14 class goal of raising $10,000. I am looking for former little league players, parents of little league players, grandparents of little league players, anyone who played baseball or just wants to spend some money on a great cause.
