King's fiancée told friends that Rodney had been drinking all day Saturday and smoking marijuana in the hours leading up to his death, TMZ reports. The fiancé, Cynthia Kelley, said that she awoke to King screaming in the backyard at about 5 a.m. She found him naked, banging on glass and, when she went to get her phone, she heard a big splash.

Police confiscated marijuana plants from his house Monday as evidence, the Los Angeles Times reports.

RIP, Rodney. Your legacy is that you were a victim of typical Police CORRUPTION, as well as corrupt courts who gladly freed your attackers. Thanks to you, and what you went through, maybe 1% more of the human race finally relaizes that the ONLY way cops act like they're supposed is if they KNOW cameras are aimed at them, but show their TRUE CORRUPTION if a hidden camera is showing their criminal acts. I dont know but something about this Rodney King death not sitting to well with me a grown man drowns!! I need someone to find something in his system a slip n fall something!!! His wife says she seen him in the water and calls 911 what u mean CALLED 911 and didnt go get help from neighbors, no yelling nothing ummm yea about that 0-o! my HUSBAND in the water in a pool at that IM GETTING HIM OUT N THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD GOING TO KNOW!!! Prove me wrong ill shut up... Ijs
