Wow, it is pouring so hard outside......from my bed, I can barely see the tree in my front yard leaning over from the wind and rain.....I can't see a thing across the road...bet the horses took cover.....a month and a half ago I would have been depressed to see clouds and rain......thank God that is over and I am off that pain medicine that was such a depressant.......This rain is awesome...I love it! and it feels good to feel like my old self again which is mostly happy all the time! Now if only my left knee would comply with the healing process........we'd be cooking with oil!

As volunteers we do not look to get praised or acknowledge out there for what we do for our youths but when one of us passes we hear the praises on how our knowledge touched and helped a youngster. Always take the time to appreciate that coach, mentor or volunteer. We all need guidence and knowledge in this world. Never forget what they did once you reach that accomplishement or goal. Rest in Peace John Tomapat (JT), your time out there was not in vain. Your legacy continues in your kids. Go in peace and may god welcome you with open arms for who you were on earth.

sick again??? this is ridiculous........... can someone spare a lung?? LOL.......... sheesh! now having to wait to speak to the doctor........ will I go to the hospital? and....... will I have to do the surgery this time?? this is insane!!! I quit smoking to get better not to get sick all the time.......... ugh!!
