the Dukes of September Rhythm Revue (Boz, Mike McD, Don Fagen and pretty much the excellent steely dan tour band) are coming to town for shows in a couple weeks- and i'm outa town (again)!! damn. oh well, baby needs new shoes etc.
They played "I'll Be Good To You" on Jimmy Fallon last week and are closing their live shows with it. clip not available on youtube yet, so we'll go with the original (again:)

just got done watching kcrg tv 9 freedom festival parade on 9'2!!!:} and its going to be a warm afternoon with highs between 77 to 85 degrees or so with dewpoints rising from the low 60s this morning to the low 70s by 2pm or so with scatterd t storms are possible later this evening with a few possible severe storms are also possible!!:} going to finish writing my thank you notes this afternoon after lunch and going to be getting ready for the Linn County Fair to start on wednesday and tuesday is the set up day!!!:} so its going to be a really busy week!!!:} ill ttyl at 3pm text meh:}
