Woke up yesterday to a shattered glass table on my deck. Ever happen to anybody? Can the day's heat cause the glass to shatter at night?
Jones Beach yesterday and in ocean 3 times. Water clean and crisp.

As I said before You must try something new! Think out of the box:) These past few weeks I heard a Drake concert at Jones Beach, went to Wooster Street Social club (AKA NY INK) Met the crew, ate at Katz Deli in NYC (best pastrami sandwiches), had a Smoothie at Starbucks (the best organic drink ever) and the best part of it I had the time of my life with the ones I love. University of Illinois College of Pharmacy at Rockford Rural Pharmacy (RPHARM) students Juhae Lee and Andrew Gibbs participated in the Rural Health Careers Camp in DeKalb by conducting hands-on labs with high school students from rural Illinois. Students learned about medication compounding by making a magic mouth wash and a drug delivery solution for diabetic patients. Juhae and Andrew also discussed why they chose to study pharmacy, the rural pharmacy track and the different jobs and settings where a pharmacist can practice. Dr. Allison Schriever, Tom Hunt and Doug Jankowski, U of I College of Pharmacy faculty, were on hand to answer student questions as well.

We are done running across Iowa! 55.5 hours of mostly hills in 90 degree heat with 20 mph winds. We came in last out of 12 teams, but we FINISHED! Our Captain was passed by a 20 year old Kenyan, who runs for an Illinois College, in the last mile. It was like out of a movie. The young man runs 5 minute miles, nobody on our team could have done anything! Meet some wonderful people. I love the running community!
