we are dumping Energy Aust as our provider after they disconnected our power due to over an due bil not being paid.. and we knew nothing about it as we received no bill or notices which were sent via Australia Post, they failed to contact us to notify us in any verifiable way they also had added almost $200 in penalty fees as they assumed we knew and treated us like dead beat consumers went for a cash grab and cut off an essential service on the whim of some corporate functionary

Had my first motorcycle accident today. Body is sore but nothing broken. The bike's a different story. Australia Post van made a U-turn in front of me. Nowhere to go except to drop the bike and slide. He didn't stop; just looked at me and drive off. Police are tracking him down; hopefully he'll lose his license for negligent driving and leaving the scene of an accident. Still shaking and reliving the crash constantly.

So an unregistered package may as well be marked 'Free gift to the nearest postal worker'... thanks Australia Post (poos)... thats another package gone...this time my entire CD wallet... only about $1000 worth of music... dont feel accountable for it... we only paid the regular peasant postage. May as well wipe a bum with the $10 and chuck the package out the window next time?!

There are a lot of reasons why I love Kate Wilson - what with the awesomeness of her and all - but here's a fresh one: Australia Post magically coordinated both of us receiving our birthday presents for each other yesterday, and said gifts were exchanged at the Green Room last night because we were drunk and enthusiastic. She bought me a Kindle. Best bestie ever.
