I swear working out is self abuse. I feel like I have just walked out of a boxing ring with myself. My neck is kinked I pulled something in my shoulder its all swollen and my ankles are killing me. And I still keep doing it. I kept waking Russell up through the night wining im dying I cant sleep. Then I get up and start doing the same thing again , Hes like why do You keep doing that when Your hurting so much. Its like I dont know I like the abuse. :P
