A high profile realtor (NOT CIR YET) bought a house and went to broker who "confirmed" the approval. THis Realtor went to close and broker made mistake and Realtor cannot buy home. SHE has come to me. I have given her a HELOC 75% LTV with a great rate. I blew here away AND the deal was easy. SHE has just advised me she'll use me and TD from now on... Folks I here this lots with my competitors.......... anyway, please read and be aware of the CIBC limit to do mortgage deals.

BREAKING NEWS: Windsor Police report a robbery at the CIBC Bank located at Ottawa and Moy. The suspect is described as a white male, 5'10", 300lbs. He was wearing a black cap, shirt and shorts. Last seen heading west on Ottawa Street.

Last month I tried to open buisness bank account after banking at CIBC for 17 years. Teller said "No Way!" Bank manager almost slammed the door to his office on my fingers and then this dittie "You ever come back here, we'll have security throw you out the door!" This has something to do with the billions lost on derivatives by CIBC last year. Have made a general complaint indeed.
