Good Morning...lol...good late morning! Soo thankful that today is not as hot....good day for yard work. My husband barely came home last friday and is back in the hospital at Rapid City Regional...he is good though. I finally made it to work and then go visit an Elderly, after my mom passed away some of her friends became mine! It is cool to have patience to listen to our Elders talk our language and share their stories. I should just compile their stories! hmmm, good idea! Well, I am anxious for our Wiconi Wakan, Life Is Sacred Youth Camp next week. We have alot of educational sessions set up, including fun, fun and more fun! Have a good day family and friends.

Traditional Circle of Elders
Many of our Tribes still have the ceremonies, songs and traditions. Today, the ceremonies and songs are coming back even stronger. The Elders have...... a lot of this knowledge. The young people need to learn these songs and traditions from the Elders. This is the strength of the people. The ancient Wisdom and Knowledge of ancient Laws are hidden in the ceremonies and songs. We should seek out these songs and ceremonies. Great Spirit, teach me the songs and ceremonies. Make my eyes open to see help me to listen with an open heart.

Why didn't I research more about apartments before I came to Japan? Don't get me wrong....I absolutely love my apartment....but I found another company....who has an apartment in Shin Okubo....with a loft..... and twice the size of mine....for a cheaper price....aigoo.....*twitches* I am going to talk with the counsel of elders on this one decision. This is why I can't have nice things. I see something that I want, and I GO FOR IT. Then.... I do proper research later...and find nicer things...but then I can't have them. >.>;;
