Food Lion has chicken breasts on sale this week for 99cents a lb. So I bought a large pkg yesterday and cooked them, taking the meat off the bones. Today I made them into comfort food--homemade chicken croquettes. Meat mixture cooling right now so I can refrigerate it. Tomorrow I will make them into croquette shapes, coat them in chicken shake'n'bake and freeze them--easy entrees for many meals. Do YOU have a favorite comfort food you like to make? Please share!

I have so much to do before Jillians bday party today. gonna pick up Renee Brown, go to KMart, go to dollar general, to food lion, pick up Darren Johnston from work, come home clean the bathrooms, set up for the party, and hope im done everything before 3.
