Osap papers dropped off, dogs fed, walked, and watered, and the apartment is well on it's way to being ready for it's role this weekend as designated family pit stop. Gee I'm productive.

Does anyone know if you only receive OSAP if you're going to school in Ontario? Or do you get it if you're an Ontario resident and it doesn't matter where you're going to school?
