Matt and I just finished our shift at the Travelers Championship in the sweltering heat. Sure felt like there was a record broken today for June 21. Matt and I were laser operators where we shoot the location of the ball off the tee on the 9th fairway. if anyone is interested in how it is used, go to www.shotlink.com. it is used by the PGA tour to track statistics on all the shots taken by the players. The NGA has secured an exemption into the @NationwideTour Utah Championship (July 12-15)!!!
The exemption will be awarded to the Tour's leading member Money Winner from Series 5 (Sterling & Golfcrest)!
For those counting that is the 7th exemption combined Nationwide Tour/PGA TOUR received by the NGA TOUR this year!!!

So the NBA season is over. And so is the NHL. And football's been over since February. And call college sports are over. Besides for the PGA Tour - there is no more sports for me to follow until camp starts in July.
Baseball blows people. It doesn't really matter until my birthday (8/26 in case you wanna send a card or a gift) Before late August it doesn't matter.

Including his pro debut this week, Cantlay has 6 tourney exemptions the rest of this year to make enough $$ to get his 2013 PGA Tour card.
