To make a fighter you gotta strip them down to bare wood: you can’t just tell ‘em to forget everything you know if you gotta make ‘em forget even their bones… make ‘em so tired they only listen to you, only hear your voice, only do what you say and nothing else… show ‘em how to keep their balance and take it away from the other guy… how to generate momentum off their right toe and how to flex your knees when you fire a jab… how to fight backin’ up so that the other guy doesn’t want to come after you. Then you gotta show ‘em all over again. Over and over and over… till they think they’re born that way.

Nutritional/Fitness tip 4.66 nutrition: your nutritional metabolism is like a campfire. The more good wood you put on the fire the better the fire burn. The average person is up 16 hours a day, therefore eating just 3x a day just wont do. Is like putting wood on this fire every 5 and 1/3 hour. This is not enough nutrition to keep the fire lit. 5 to 6x a day is the require about of times you should me eating (3 meals and 2 to 3 healthy snacks). Remember we need calories, carbs, fats, and protein to live. Now you know how many times to eat. I will give nut/fit tip on what to eat each time you eat. Until tomorrow. peace!

My rose arbor nightmare, I should have just bought one, and left that to the ones who have that kind of skill, god bless ya, it is not easy to put some pieces of wood together and make them stay that way, damn that is skill. Everybody should say thank you to the men and possibly women that build things with wood, you have a god given gift, do not waste that shit. In my pursuit to recycle anything that I can, I will continue to build it, and hope someday it stands.
