Think banks in Thailand have unreliable IT systems but at least they never take weeks to find disputed transactions and yet no result.
Westpac should get rid of the responsible IT guys and train its personnel to be more service minded.
I am definitely moving to other bank!!!

Facebook hacked!! This sort if thing always happens to me... Last time it was Westpac bank telling me the Russian Mafia were accessing my bank account..... True story!!!

just went into westpac to pay my rent and over herd some old lady saying she is changing banks as she will not stand for westpac sacking over 500 people in there company to be replaced by indians... what a fucking awesome lady ❤
