Again, the local authority are really don't have capacity to support to the vulnerable and poor family!!! What is the strategy of the Government on such issue? The way of Government and Ruling Party do currently are inappropriate! Just give small donation sometimes are not good way, the Government must be applied Strategic Way to ensure the sustainable living of the Vulnerable and Poor families!!!

still up, these past few weeks have been tough to deal with. Brought hom 2very sick kittens, 8 days later one dies, then I get a severe allergic reaction to ringworm, the big rig breaks down (takes 2 wks to recover) now my neices stepdad passes unexpectedly. I hate to push my luck but what is next in our lives?
