crazy day - the guys were here painting, other guys were out in the road making me think we were having an earthquake with their 'natural gas-seeking equipment, a couple of sad bits of info came my way, and I got rid of 5 boxes of books at yarn bomb and made a gold, sparkly bit of yarn bomb . . .hugs guys! Oh and I dragged the sprinkler around all day - it rained!

Wow what a week, earthquake in Melbourne,i spoke with a close friend i though i had lost,spoke with old dear friends of mine that i had not seen for more than 20years. I met a beautiful Japanese{Nipon} girl,but unfortunately she has a very lucky boyfriend. And to top it off with it should be a very interesting night tonight. God help us all''.

It was so hot here in NYC today that the freeways were buckling and the power was on and off with rolling blackouts. Several manhole explosions. Many drownings on the shore. It's a shame that the largest city in the nation has such a poor infrastructure. Imagine if we had a natural disaster like an earthquake? There would be nothing left!
