time for a well deserved 3 day weekend, friday's agenda, #1 fishing at rabbit run #2 down to cabelas for my new hunting license #3 who knows maybe a nap #4 off to the deck at mountain valley golf course with DJ SHAKES!!! THE WORLD IS MY OYSTER. :)

Pretty good first day back to work.. Pulled casing all afternoon then went run 2 miles an threw some weights around for a lil wile!! Feelin good!!

My leg and arm so sore now : ( but I am ok it just that I have to get used to it. This is be worth in long run for basketball. I workout my upper body today and run 2 miles in trad mills.

Run #2 from couch to 5k. Actually was pretty easy. Brathing recovered quick. I hope it keeps going smooth. Oct 13th is not that far away!!!!
